Hello everyone,

I was interviewd for L5/ SDE2 position and I didn't pay too much attention to level that time. Do you feel based on my experience I should hard negotiate the offer for SDE3 vs what they are offering me i.e. SDE2?
P.S. Upon discussion (not negotiation), hiring manager says there a scope of promotion after a year but would be performnace based.
