today after a long journey of interviews I recieved my offer from meta. I originally interviewed for E4 but apparantly I did so well in the interview that they upleveled me to E5. any ways, this is what the recruiter came with: base 196k, bonus 15% and RSU 590k. Which in total it comes down to 369k total comp

I'm honestly a bit bumbed that how low this is. I know I have to negotiate but I'm looking to see how everyone evaluate this. How much is fair for me. I'm a MLE with 5 YOE.
