Salary: 18L ( 16.4L [ Basic+Allowances] + 1.6L [PF from Employer and Employee] )
Signing Bonus: 1L (No Conditions)
Performance Bonus: 10% to 30% of base ( Generally if you get average rating, you can get 15%, assuming 15% in TC Calculation, but actual may slightly based on performance. )
Total comp (Salary + Bonus ): 18+1+2.7 = 21.7
