Current Compensation : 16LPA
Fixed Base - 25LPA
Performance Bonus - 4.8L
Joining Bonus - 4L( 2L in 1st year + 2L in second year)
RSU - 3.6L vested over 4 yrs
Total CTC - 34 LPA(not sure how to calculate this)

i have offer for some other company which i used to negotiate.
What do yo guys think of the compensation..
Also if anyone knows the quality of work there
