Hi guys, I need your help. I have been interviewing with Visa for Senior Software Engineer role and they told me today that I they have been considering me for 1 level high which is Staff Engineer role. I already have 1 offer from T-systems (Duetsche Telekom) of 35L completely fixed. I have shown that offer to Visa. Now they are telling that they can also pay me 35L but that includes some variable components as well and out of which 29L is the fixed part. Now I want to know if the Visa HR is lowballing me or is is their genuine offer.

PS. I have 2 more offers(IDFC bank and Junglee Games) both having 41.5L where 35L is fixed.
