my recruiter is asking me to resign because my notice period is huge.
the background verification is likely to take 2-3 weeks more
I have already got the offer from them with tentative joining date. but the official offer letter will come after successful background verification.

should i wait for the background verification to complete?
the recruiter will not be okay if i wait till bgv completion since it will extend my doj even further.
