Hi,\nAnyone can help me in regarding my salary discussion\n\nI have offer from Meesho for SDE-2 Profile (Data Platform) \nExperience: 1 Year ( + 5 month Internship Experience)\nPrior Company: Morgan Stanley || Zs Assocciates\nPrevious CTC:  20 LPA (Base Pay: 14 LPA)\nMeesho Salary: 54 LPA CTC \nBase Pay: 30 LPA\nJoining Bonus: 4 LPA\nStocks: 20 LPA\n\nAlso, I am exploring another offer\n\nI am in so much tension, becuase I am looking for Amazon Data Engineer role (but I know they will not pay as much Meesho pay)\n\nCan someone helps me in that , should I go with Meesho with this CTC as per my experience level  or should I wait for Amazon ? Which one will be better for my career as I am 2021 Batch Graduate from Tier-3 College \n\nAlso, Please tell me  which will be good for me  Amazon Tag matters or Meesho salary + Meesho Work? \n
