Outcome: Didn't joined as the offer was low as per my experience

what you can ask
ask for base atleast 50 then 10 lakh joining bonus so total ctc will increase by 3 + 50000 + 1000000
new ctc = ~ 9000000

note : They will try to negotiate by saying that your one of rounds was not good .Dont take this as a reason and always negotiate best
