I have received an offer from Microsoft Dublin:

Base Pay: 94,100 EUR annual gross pay
Level: 62
Title: Software Engineer II
Car Allowance: 11,000 EUR annual gross
Total Target Incentive Bonus: 10% OTE up to 20%
On Hire Stock Award: 90,000 USD which will vest over a 4 year period at 25% at your year one anniversary and 6.25% every quarter thereafter.
