I have 10yrs US exprience with master's degree.
I received offer to join in Pune at L8
Offer : CTC approx 33 Lakhs (26 L fixed +27% variable).
I never worked in India so not competley sure if this is good offer compared with current Market Standards in india.

Should i consider this offer?
