How much increment microsoft offer while promotion from L60 to L61?
I am a campus recruit, 2020 batch, tier 2 college, working in Azure team.
When getting promoted to SDE 2 (L61), how much increment does Microsoft provide? I have seen here in Leetcode compensation section, that people are getting around 28L base. Do they offer similar salary for promoted candidates also?
Do they also offer more stocks?
