Hi I have these 2 offers, & I am confused which one to choose, would be helpful if leetcode community can help.\n\nYOE: 1 year 8 months\nTC: 22 LPA\n\n**Slice (SDE-1)**\nBase: 30 LPA\nJB: 3 LPA\nEsops: 8 LPA vesting over 4 years\nTC: 35 LPA (first year), 32 LPA (after first year)\n\n**Jupiter (SDE 2)**\nBase: 34 LPA\nVariable Bonus: 3 LPA\nEsops: 8 LPA vesting over 4 years\nTC: 36 LPA (did not include variable)\n\n- Jupiter uses Kotlin as the main backend tech stack, where as Slice has Node/Java going on in the team where I am going to join.\n\n- Since Slice is offering that much for SDE-1 position, I personally think they can go higher if I get promoted to SDE-2 after joining. And also heard many good things about Slice as well.\n\nCurrently this is my priority: Learning > WLB\n\nEDIT: I have applied to slice for SDE-2 role, but they have downleveled to SDE-1 role with feedback stating, grooming is required before promoting to SDE-2 role.
