Got one more offer from Microsoft later. I told them I am holding offer from Uber and what my expectations are. They are providing L61 with a max base of 30L and asked me if I am ok with it, then only they will discuss further compensation breakup. I asked for increase in level but based on the performance in the interview they can not do that. Is there anything I can do about it or stop considering Microsoft altogether?
Update: Got an offer from Amazon AWS with similar compensation as of Uber. Atleast I had clarity for Microsoft, but Amazon's offer confused me.Amazon AWS | SDE 2 (L5) | Bangalore
