Process took 4 months. Technical rounds went good. But googlyness round feedback was \'Lean No Hire\'. Team matching round went ok.\nHiring committe responded with L3. I want to push for L4. I don\'t have any other offers.\nRecruiter mentioned if we re-appeal, there is a chance that the HC might put on hold for L4 for 1 year and I might even loose L3 offer. Is this possible?
