A big FYI, I'd seen these massive L3 low balls on LC and lost a bit of hope, but that isn't the scene always. I know people who have gone upto 50L with my exp. My suggestion is if your interviews have gone well, when they ask you for your expectation, tell well over what you'd be happy with.
