I am 2021 grad with full time experience of 6 months.
Recently I recieved offers from two companies.
I want your help regarding making a decision of arcesium vs PayU.
I have offers for software engineer role at PayU and arcesium.Both paying almost same.
Base - 20 lac(Both offering same Tried to negotiate but no result)
Join bonus- 1.5 lac (PayU) and 2 lac (arcesium)
Target Bonus- 2 lac (both)
stock - 2.5 lac(both)

I don't know what to do.Please help I have to make choice quick...
Preference- Decent WLB, Good work where I can learn .I have already completed my notice period.
