I only had two technical rounds and the rest 2 rounds were LP rounds where as in most cases I have seen there are atleast 3-4 coding rounds. Could this be a red flag ? (e.g. they are hiring to fire me)\n\nAnother concern is the work culture. I have read enough negative reviews to know that Amazon is not a dream company. But at the moment I do not have any better competeing offers. Anyone here joined the AWS team recently can enligthen me regarding the work culture and how to survive at this place ?  \n\nPS : I will be joining the AWS commerce team.
