Need advice | Please help :

1. Are companyies like amex considered product based and is it a good enough company to get my CV shortlisted for Microsoft / Facebook in the later stage of the career ?

2. Another concern I have is the work quality. I will be joining the Billing capabilities team. I know I am taking a shot in the dark here but anyone from AMEX can shed some light on this team or quality of work in general ?
