They are giving hike of 20%-30% this year. So My compensation will become 12LPA-13LPA next month

Company Name: Soroco
Base: 14,85,000. Out of which 1,10,600 will be kept aside for medical, traval, conveyance, meal card etc.
Variable pay: 1,65,000. This will paid twice a year in march, september.
PF: 21,600
Other Standard Benefits
Total CTC: 17,58,527
WFH till 2022

I am thinking like, there is no much increase in base.
Also got some bad reviews regarding soroco in glassdoor
