I had sde1 offers from MS and Amazon ranging 35L which was lower than current comp I had.\n**Current Comp:** 2021 base - 23.1L & bonus - 11.9L. 2022 base - 29.84L & bonus - decided in jan 2023.\n\nWriting detailed interview experience very soon. LC count -  420. hard/Medium/Easy ratio goes like 80/220/120. Guardian badge in contests. Also, I have posted this because lately I have seen many people posting low ball offers from google. I got this offer even with 0 competing offers. If you do decently well and have a good recruiter, lowballing doesn\'t happen. Also, people who did get lowballed, might have over judged their own performance (pretty common). Remember guys at the end of the day companies give you offer based on your performance and not just experience. Hope this breaks the general lowball image people have of google.
