Total comp (Base Salary (28L) + Joining Bonus (2.5L) + Stock (15.3L) + Performance Bonus (5.6L)): ~ Rs. 51.4 Lakhs
Leave: 20 paid Personal days + 12 paid Sick days
Initially they offered me a lower stocks and joining bonus but negotiated my way to the current offer
