Hello All,
I have received an offer from Sense HQ for a position of SDE2 with the below compensation details.

College : Tier - 2
Experience: 2yrs in serivce Based + 2.5 Yrs in product MNC
Current Compensation : 16LPA
Fixed Base - 26LPA
Performance Bonus - 2.4L
Total CTC - 28.4 LPA

I currently have one offer in hand but I am giving interview for other companies too at this time.
Can anyone suggest how is the working culture and WLB at SenseHQ?
