Base : 20L
Joining Bonus : 6L(first year) + 4L(second year)
RSU : ~16L vested over 4 years (5% ,15%,40%,40%)
TC for first year ~ 26L ( if I count 0.5 stock which I will get in second year so 26.9L)

Oracle OCI IC2:
Base : 25.81L
Joining Bonus : 4L(first year) + 4L(second year)
RSU : 400units vested over 4 years (25% ,25%,25%,25%)
TC for first year ~ 35

Amazon was pool hiring and don't know much about the team.
Thinking of amazon due to tag but worried about pip culture and WLB also heard the OCI india team work isn't that great and WLB is also bad there.

Any suggestion which one to join? in terms of growth, work, benefits etc.
