YOE : 6 months internship and 8 months full time experience.
Current TC: 14 LPA (Base) + 4.6L (JB for two years, need to return full amount if leaving before 2 years) + 12LPA (Stocks, vested in three years)
Current total stock value is around 15L.

ESOPs:: 7L (vested in 4 years) (expected to grow 3-4X in next two years)
Retention Bonus:: 3L (1.5L after 6 months and 1.5L after next 6 months)

WLB:: Not sure, but as it is startup, there will be a lot of work.
