Other Details : As per my current research, Amazon will provide better work and brand-name with bad wlb. Also heard not so positive things about it's PIP culture. Arcesium will provide better perks(free food,etc), decent wlb, better salary increments but not so good brand name and work.

Which one to choose and what are your thoughts about choosing Arcesium for better salary and increments and then after 1.5yr-2yr trying for sde2 at Amazon?
