Prevoius Salary : 10L (Fixed including Gratuity)
Base : 15.5L
Signing Bonus: 9.5L (1st year sign on bonus) + 6L (2nd year sign on bonus)
Relocation: 1.5L (It won't be provided to me as currently I am in hyderabad)
Stocks : 1314713L (Vesting period 5%, 15%, 40%, 40%)
Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 25L ( 15.5L + 9.5L) for 1st year.

Stocks won't be vested in the 1st year. I will start to get the stocks after the completion of the 2nd year onwards.

Recruiter didn't negotiated. He was not interested to know whether I have any competing offer(I had one from meesho link is given below) or not. He simply just gave me this offer without listening about my counter offer or expected salary. I tried to negotiate but that didn't worked out.

If I want to join meesho. Can I negotiate with them with this offer even if I have already accpeted the offer. Meesho gave me 21.15L but for freshers 2022 grad from premium colleges they are giving 26.5L
