Salesforce has agreed , but enquired if I am flexible enough to visit Bangalore office once/twice in a quarter for any imp events.\n\nCurrent TC :\n37LPA\nYOE : 6.5\n\nIndeed Offer :\nLevel : L2.5\nBase : 47LPA\nBonus : 10 %\nStocks : 15 LPA\nJB : 14 lakhs\nTC for 1st yr : 80Lakhs(1st yr) , 66 lakhs from 2nd year.\n\nSalesForce Offer :\nLevel : SMTS\nBase : 50LPA\nBonus : 15 %\nStocks : 15 LPA\nJB : 8 lakhs\nTC for 1st yr : 81Lakhs(1st yr) , 73 lakhs from 2nd year.\n\nIndeed has a remote first culture . However , in salesforce the team I am going to join , I am the one who has specifically asked for remote .Others will be WFO.
