Recently interviewed for SDE new grad Amazon Dublin:
YOE: 0 (2022 grad)
College: Tier 1 (IIT/BITS/DTU/NSIT/NIT)

Base: 70k Euro
Joining Bonus: 12.5K(First Year) + 10K(second year) 
RSU: 41K (5-15-40-40) amazon vesting scheme
Relocation Bonus: 7.9k $
Total Compensation (Year 1): 70+2+12.5+7.1= 91.6K euros

Other offers: two offers in India with 30 LPA base salary.

Could someone help me determine wether 30LPA in India(and no relocation) is better or 91.6K euros in Dublin? Would be highly appreciated:)
