I have received below compensation from Paytm Money & Priceline

Total Experience :- 7 years

Previous Salary details:-
CTC :- 16 LPA
Yearly Bonus :- 1 LPA
No stocks

Priceline :- 
Position is for Data Engineer
CTC :- 25 LPA
Yearly Performance Bonus :- 3.5 LPA
No stocks
----------------------------------------------
Paytm Money :-
Position for Senoir Software Engineer
CTC :-  31 LPA
Yearly Performance Bonus :- 1 LPA
Stocks :- 5 LPA vested for 5 years with 10% in 1st year

If anyone can help me which offer shall I choose ? 
Obviously Paytm is offering more money but should I ask for a counter in Priceline ?
I was also thinking to ask Paytm to offer a CTC of 33lpa and increase stocks.
I want to know how is the work in Priceline because the role offered is of Data Engineer in Priceline
Also I have heard WLB in paytm is not so good
If anyone can guide me please
