Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): 29.5 L (first yr, no stocks as 5% of 9 is 0.45) + ~30(from next year as will start getting stocks) , Total - 57.5 ( that's a lot when I heard this for the first time , before understanding the yearly break down).

Other details: Had other offer from Nutanix, and negotiated using that. Thingking to rejected for now, as I am feeling Nutanix will be better for me at this point of time, and also I am more of a fan of work life balance over a bit extra money), and will try for SDE2 in future when I will learn to handle pressure and will start understaing things more clearly.
