Grab L3 (Software Engineer):

• Base: 29L
• Sign-on: 4.83L
• RSU: 15L (40-30-20-10 split over 4 yrs)
• Relocation: 0.67L
• Performance Bonus: 15% of the base

Flipkart SDE2:

• Base: 30L
• ESOPS: 12.4L (vested equally over 4 yrs)
• Performance Bonus: 10% of the base
• Relocation assistance (flight, freight, hotel etc, cannot be encashed afaik)

TC for 1st at Grab is ~44.85 Lac vs for Flipkart is ~36.1 Lac.

What should be preferred and why? My preferences are (Learning & Growth, Challenging Problems etc) > (Culture) > (Compensation).
