The offer is based on my current compensation. Tried negotiating as they are paying 15LPA -20LPA for candidates with same yoe. After a lot of discussion he agreed to increase base from 11 to 12. But now, they want me to give another technical round just for getting offer letter with revised compensation. What should I do?
