Hello everyone. I've an offer from a recent unicorn [A]. Will disclose the offer details once I have settled things up.

I'm also expecting offers from PhonePe and Swiggy. The recruiter from [A] called me up to share the offer details but told to confirm it within 24 hours. They said they will not be able to extend it longer and will not entertain counter offers.

As a candidate, I would ideally want to look into all the offers that I have and choose accordingly but that is not the case here. Help me how to negotiate and move forward?

Specifically how should I communicate to recruiter from [A] to hold on for a week or more.
