• ESOPS: 5 RSU(vested over 4 years) ~ 13L.

Juspay SDE 1:

• 1st year -> 22 L (Base) + 1 L (Joining) + 2.5 L (Retention) ~ 25.5 L
• 2nd year -> 22 L (Base) + 2.5 L (Retention) ~ 24.5 L
• TC for 2 years = 50 L
• ESOPS: performance based after 1st year.
