Hi guys,
I recently cleared all my rounds for JPMC Mumbai (CIB division)and I just had the first call with HR for salary negotiation. I asked for 24 Fixed but they mentioned it to be way too high and that we will discuss on this further.
Can someone tell me what would be a good baseline and what are they currently offering in general to similar experienced candidates.
My current salary is 10.5 LPA and i dont have a competing offer currently.
