I am confused how much I should expect if things go well. \n\nCurrent CTC : 15.5 Fixed & ~3 LPA Bonus (No stocks).\nCurrent Company : Non FAANG Product Company \nExperience  : Close to 5 years (Single Company)\n\nRecent Offer : 25.5 Fixed + PF, 30K USD Vested Stocks for 4 years (25% each year), Joining Bonus 4L \nOffer Status : Got it almost a month back and rejected due to FAANG expectations. \n\n\nHow much should I ask if I get an offer? I see for SDE2 Base Easily goes beyond 30+ LPA, Can I ask 30 LPA for this role? \n\nAlso, Can someone help on how joining bonus for Amazon Works? Will I get first year Joining bonus only after a year/ get it in monthly paychecks? Is there any repayment/notice period policy involved?\n\n
