Total comp: ~INR 16.5+2+14.25/4+0.5+1.65 = 24.21L(for 1st year)

Other Deatils : Current tc is INR 20L (17.86 base, 2.14 performance bonus) .
Any advice? My only concern is that my base pay is decreasing, but I'm recieving other components like stocks, bonuses.
