Agoda Offer:
Education - B.Tech CSE in Tier 3 college
Years of Experience - 9 years and 6 months
Prior Experience - Accolite (Service based companies only)
Current Comp - 21 LPA
Company - Agoda
Location - Bangkok, Thailand
Title/Level - Senior Software Engineer (will be promoted to Staff Engineer after 4 months based on performance)
Fixed Salary - 49 LPA
Joining Bonus - None
Performance Bonus - 11,00,000 INR / Year (on top of that, salary revision on every 4 months)
Stock/RSUs - There are stock options available once after probation period of 4 months.

Total Comp (Fixed+ stock + variables) ~60LPA

Other Benefits :

Maersk
Pros - Large company & I can work from my hometown.
Cons - Pay is less and my role is SDE (L3) which is kinda weird for my experience.

Agoda
Pros - Good pay, internet company, nice salary revision policies, excellent learning opportunities (challenging work + peers from FAANG companies)
Cons - Bangkok location (career is limited to few companies compared to Bangalore).

Note:
I know that Bangkok is quite expensive compared to Bangalore. So, no one-on-one comparison here between Bangalore and Bangkok on the living expense. Just wanted to know more on career perspective.

I hardly have 2-3 weeks ahead for the joining date and no other interviews are happening in parallel. So, I wanted your inputs on the same.

Should I stick with Maersk or should I go for Agoda? .

I'm going to stick with Maersk offer for now, because of the location.
