Just a side note here, i had the possibility to renegotiate the offer, which isn't happening so often in amazon. This exception offer was approved by the commitee. I honestly don't know what was the range for an SDE2 but they are thinking i can be an SDE3 in a very short amount of time (so why not offer that seniority ?).

Anyway i've accepted.
