I have recieved a couple of offers, one from a well funded singapore startup and another from oracle non-oci.
Previous TC - 10.8(f) + 1.2(var)
Startup Offer - 16.5(f)+2.5(var)
Oracle hasn't given exact number but they would be offering something between 19-20 fixed, no stocks
I have already accepted startup offer, didn't ask much from them (above offer was propsed by me) as had no competing offer, should I negotiate with them again, with oracle offer and ask them to match fixed part. Can this lead to rescinding the offer.
Oracle stack - Java, frontend(react,ang but not really sure )
Startup - node, react, php

Assuming I get not other offer, which offer should I accept.

YOE- 8 months
