I recently got offered from Visa for SSE in Foster City.

YOE: 4.5
Base: 135K
Signon Bonus: 30K
Stocks: 100K over 3 years
Relocation: 11K

Negotiated once. Bumped up 60K in stock and 10k in base salary. Asked them to increase joining bonus, but they didn't.
