Two Easy / Medium coding question and 1 SQL Question on group by query

Usual questions related to my work.
Discussion over Work culture and upcoming projects and work at BharatPe.

After half an hour of above discussion, he said that he wanted to roll out an offer for me. He asked my current salary, and I said 15 LPA.
He asked me to wait for a few minutes while working on some numbers in the excel.
And after 10 minutes of tapping keys on his keyboard he said that I would be offered a salary of 16 LPA.

Extreme low ball, shows about the culture of this company, where he asked my salary and gave almost the same offer.
It felt insulting that he rolled out a 16 LPA offer after hearing my 15 LPA Salary.

I was in no mood of negotiation and rejected the offer next day.
