Amazon / Microsoft / Salesforce / ServiceNow

Can you please help me to pick one , please share in highest order preference to lowest order preference.

I will update details and interview experience soon as I am drafting that.

At high level I am getting close to 34-38LPA(Total Compensation) in these companies and I do have 6.2 years of experience.

Current TC : 13LPA+10%Variable (One of the product based comp)

Amazon : TC 34LPA + JB 9L(Over 2 years)
Microsoft : TC 37LPA + JB 4L
Salesforce : TC 38.5 LPA + JB 2L
ServiceNow: TC 36.2 LPA + JB 3L
