Hi All,\nI have recently selected for two companies 1. FarEye 2. Arcesium for SDE-2\nI have all togther 3.6+ years of experience. Package is almost same ( FarEye is head with 1.5 L)\n\nWanted to know anyone is working at fareye and how is the WLB and growth perspective\nalso Arcesium in my resume will help in shortlisting to crack big companies in future.\n\nCan any one worked on any company can tell which one is better both interms on career, WLB, Growth perseptive.\n\nSome companies are in pipeline ( NoBroker, Pharmeasy..). Still I have 1 month notice period to join any of the company. I almost F..ked up from past 3 months by giving interviews and rejections. I tierd of trying new companies I want to relax for month.\n\nPackage As of Now Both Almost Similar 33 LPA ( 27 Fixed + (2-2.5) Bonus + 3.75 LTA)  for Arcesium and 34.5 LPA ( 29 Fixed + 2.5 Bonus + 10% Base Stock(2.9LPA) ) for FarEye.\n\nThanks and Regards,\nLava kumar
