Location: Bangalore
Salary: INR 20,00,000 (including PF)
Relocation: Flight ticket, 15 days hotel stay, and upto INR 1.25 lakhs if shifted some household items.
Signing Bonus: INR 1.5 Lakhs
Stock bonus: Approx INR 21 Lakhs
Total comp (Salary + Bonus + Stock): CTC 42 - 45 Lakhs INR , FIrst year - INR 26.5 Lakhs (fix to get)
Benefits: 7000/ month for cabs, 3300 for mobile and internet expenses, Free meals (Heard this, not sure), insurance, etc
