Joining Bonus : 3 Lakh
Fixed LTI (Amount will be paid in year end) : 2.5 Lakh
Performance Bonus : 2-3 LPA
Total (Including Bonus) : 28.5 - 29.5LPA

Flipkart will also pay me something similar but the designation will be SDE-1 as my LLD round did not go well.

Which one shall I choose ?
