Current TC: INR 32 lakhs base (excluding PF and gratuity) + 5 lakhs variable (annual bonus)

Equity: 9,75,000 for 4 years (25% vesting period every year)
Signing bonus: 5 lakhs
Annual bonus : 9,75,000
Total comp (Base Salary + Stock + Perf Bonus + Employer PF): ~INR 52.5 lakhs 1st year
