Recently, I have been selected for a Senior Software Engineer/SDE-2 Backend position @Moengage Bangalore. What's the range of compensation they can provide?

Details:
Education: BTech Tier-1 college India
Prior Experince: 2.5 yrs @ Product based startup
Current Compensation: 15 LPA(All fixed).

Offer Details:
Base: 29 LPA
Joining Bonus: 2 lakhs
Retention Bonus: 1 lakh
Total: 33 lakhs

Other perks like gym membership etc.

Didn't joined b/c they were rigid about working from office and since i was based out of delhi thus had to relocate.

Also got the other offer from a remote company with a higher compensation.
