Got an offer from Cleartrip and final round discussion going on with Walmart

Need suggestions on what should I expect / negotiate from walmart ?

Total CTC 28.3
Current CTC 13.5
Offer in hand 20CTC ( a startup)
Yoe : 3.5 years
is it a low ball from Cleartrip
PS : Flipkart acquired Cleartrip recently
