I have received offers from Tekion Corp and Zeta Suite. I am confused on what to choose among these. If anyone is working/has worked at these organisations or has some insights about these companies please comment on the post. Looking for details like learning curve, culture, appraisals, WLB, personal growth, future scope of company, ESOPs etc.

Compensation is mostly same.

Zeta - 36 Base + 10 lakh bonus (split eqally over 2 years) + 18 Lakh stock over 4 years (vesting - 10, 20, 30, 40 percent)
Tekion - 39 Base + 2 lakh bonus (one time, first year) + 20 Lakh stock over 4 years (vesting equally)
